Pure layout polish — no behaviour changes. Each round added a panel, and the sidebar became five identical dark accordions with no hierarchy between them. That is the polish debt I have been pointing at for several rounds without paying down.
Session Standings and Hand History were always two views of the same log. They are one Session panel now, with STANDINGS and HANDS subheads, and Export/Clear at the bottom where they act on both.
Base pot amount is the pre-live-betting way of working, so it moves into a "Without live betting" disclosure inside Table Setup rather than sitting between two settings a dealer actually touches every session.
Panels reordered by how often they get opened (Setup → Session → Chip Legend → Notes), and the hint text is shorter throughout.
Fixed "Small blind" wrapping onto two lines beside its input, which made the pair look like a mistake rather than a pair.
Validation (Playwright, headed)
A restructure that moves markup is exactly where silent breakage hides, so the check was that everything still works, not that it still renders:
All 32 element ids the JS binds to still resolve — asserted by lookup, not by eye.
Every moved control exercised end to end: the demoted base-pot field still drives the pot badge ($153.00 with base pot 50); Add chip color still grows the legend (5 → 6); Table Notes still persists; Small blind still saves (5).
Both merged views still populate: played a hand to showdown and confirmed three standings rows (Ann $2.00 $6.00 +$4.00 …) and one hand-history row in the single panel, with Export enabled and producing correct CSV.
Panel count 5 → 4; blind labels now one line each; no sidebar or page overflow at 1280px.
Mobile unaffected: seat tap still opens the bottom sheet (position fixed), no page overflow, no seats off screen at 390px.
No console errors.
Based on feature/casino-holdem-keyboard (PR #27) — merge order #22 → #23 → #24 → #25 → #26 → #27 → this.

- **Session Standings and Hand History were always two views of the same log.** They are one **Session** panel now, with STANDINGS and HANDS subheads, and Export/Clear at the bottom where they act on both.
- **Base pot amount is the pre-live-betting way of working**, so it moves into a *"Without live betting"* disclosure inside Table Setup rather than sitting between two settings a dealer actually touches every session.

- Fixed "Small blind" wrapping onto two lines beside its input, which made the pair look like a mistake rather than a pair.
