Continues the socialism model (unlisted, noindex pages under /socialism).

  • Is the profit share pay? A new section in "Owners Are Still Workers" (labor-law.md) settles how the model treats a member's profit share under each law. For tax it's an owner's share, and that's argued but unsettled. For overtime it's counted. Members' accounts are designed to stay outside pension law. State wage-payment laws are the hard case.
  • State wage laws. Co-op statutes in Massachusetts, California and Washington support treating the share as an owner's share, but they don't override wage law.
