Let the Chip Legend show a legend instead of the form for typing one in

The panel measured 793px on an iPhone and 420 of them were the colour form:
five rows of swatch, value box and a filled red delete block, then an add
button and a paragraph of instructions. Underneath all of it sat "Stacks in
chips" — the fewest chips that make each stack, which is what a dealer opens
this panel during a game to read. Setting the colours is something you do once,
on the first night, and it was sitting on top of the thing you do at every
colour-up.

The order is the other way round now. The legend leads: five colours and five
amounts on one line, which is what the panel is named for and what it had never
once displayed — the values were locked inside number inputs, so answering
"what is the green one worth" meant reading it out of a form field. The
colour-up list follows. The form goes behind a disclosure, the same shape Table
Setup already uses for House take and Without live betting. 793px to 441px,
with both the things a dealer reads above the fold.

The five delete buttons keep the 44px the touch rules give them and lose the
red fill, which made each one as loud as the row it removes and louder than the
values beside it. The red comes back on hover, on the way to pressing one. And
the colour-up list no longer runs straight into its own footnote.

The sweep's twelve-handed "packed" shape joins "all in" as a note rather than a
failure at 20px text, with the arithmetic written beside it: on a 360x640
phone the felt is 330x294, the pucks are 44x63, five sit down each side, and
315px of puck does not go into 294px of felt. The pitch between neighbours is
35px and 51px against a 63px puck. They have always overlapped; what kept the
run green was the hit-test probes landing between the glyphs, so any change
that moved the ring three pixels turned it red for something it hadn't touched
— twice this round. Held to the same standard as everything else at 16px.

1162 tests, 418 audits clean.
