Socialism: member capital accounts and the founder problem in numbers

Add capital-accounts.md (profit split, cash share, formula interest,
payout rules, solvency test, savings protections, worked outcomes).
Rewrite founder-problem.md with a discounted co-op vs conventional
comparison, the risk evidence (Hall-Woodward, Hamilton), and bounded
founder tools. Add founder-related measures and safeguards to the
pilot pages, and renumber open problems.

This model doesn't buy, seize or convert anyone's company. Instead it builds new worker-owned companies alongside existing ones, then lets customers and workers choose between them.

If, after twelve years, co-ops stay open about as well as similar conventional firms while paying their members fairly, and the bank earned at least what Treasury bonds would have, Congress votes on growing it. This is a working model, not a finished one. The biggest open question is whether strong founders will start companies they can never sell. In the success case, a co-op founder ends up with a fraction of what a conventional owner would, because the rest goes to the people who work there ([The Founder Problem](founder-problem.md)).
